We just want to let you know that we're taking the necessary time and care to get orders to you in a safe manner and to keep you up to date on the changes we've made during this time.
- We are doing all we can to ensure that your orders get to you as fast as possible, but we know that you, our lovely customers, will understand if there is a bit of a delay whilst we adjust to new ways of working.
- We’ve extended our returns period so that you can shop with confidence from the comfort of your sofa. Please don’t panic if you’re in self-isolation the most important thing is that you follow the Government guidelines, please wait to return any item until it is safe for you to do so.
- Due to the nature of our products being handmade, they are handled on a regular basis. However, we can assure you that we are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we keep everyone involved, including our customers safe. This includes team members regularly washing their hands whilst making our products. All products are then steamed, before being stored in air tight bags. After being stored, we then limit handling our products as much as possible before dispatching them for delivery.
- The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority and as you can see, all the necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of our customers. We are also working with delivery services of which during this time, are offering contact-free deliveries.
